Yes, you can schedule up to 2 (two) reminders per promo.
You can add an unlimited amount of record labels to your account with the equivalent supported plan. Please check the plans for more details.
There is no limit to the amount of lists or contacts on lists you can add to your account.
Get Synched does not provide email address for you to use. It is your responsibility to obtain correct email addresses and permission to send promo campaigns to them.
We keep all your contacts secure and do not pass or sell this information to anyone.
We have a fixed priced policy and will not charge you by bandwidth you use, or numbers of lists/contacts. Check our plans to find which suits you best.
No, the displayed prices include everything from setup to send out.
We accept payments via Credit & Debit cards mainly, we also accept payments via Paypal.
Get Synched – Promo Pool is designed for anyone who wishes to send music from a person to another and collect statistics and feedback from it. We host labels of most electronic genres.
You need the release you want to send, including artwork and tracks in wav format and a contact list to send to. That’s all!
You can check your account at any moment, no plan restrictions.
Yes, after your previous plan has been used or expired you can always change to the plan you need.
We support wav files, aiff and 320kbps mp3s.
No, the promo pool is only for promotional use.
No, you only need a computer, browser and working internet connection.
Yes of course. You can select a multiple labels plan and manage them all under one account.

I want to receive promos

All the records labels, who use Get Synched promo pool manage their lists / contacts individually. If you want to be added to their promo lists you need to contact them directly.
We recommend you check your spam / junk folder and if you find the email there please mark it as trusted.
No, you only need a computer, browser and working internet connection.
